If you do not receive a reply from us within 24 hours of submitting your reservation form, please contact us by e-mail or phone, as we may not be able to reply to you due to address input
errors.

Please refrain from submitting a book form without contacting us in advance. Please check the contents of Honu Honu Divers' tours carefully and make sure you understand the availability of your preferred date and your schedule before making a reservation. Sending this form without prior inquiry does not complete the reservation.
Participation requirement (This is Honuhonu's rule based on reports from DAN and PADI.)

People corresponding to the above should be examined by a doctor before diving / snorkeling.
@Divers Medical Questionnaire To the Participant
Please answer the following questions on your past or present medical history with a YES or NO. If you are not sure, answer YES. If any of these items apply to you, we must request that you consult with a physician prior to participating in scuba diving. Your instructor will supply you with an RSTC Medical Statement and Guidelines for Recreational Scuba Diver’s Physical Examination to take to your physician.
@Flying after diving
NOT board an airplane after dive on the same day.
For repetitive dives and/or multi-day dives within the no decompression limits,
a minimum pre-flight surface interval of 18 hours or more is suggested.
for example:Dive is finish at 16:00. You are able to fly from 10:00 am of next day.
@ Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, please let us know by e-mail, phone or SNS. We will send you a confirmation reply. This completes the cancellation process.
If you contact us before 11:00 a.m. on the day before the tour, we will charge you a 0% cancellation fee and will not charge you anything. If we decide to cancel the tour due to weather conditions, no charge will be made as well.
Cancellation by the customer after 11:00 a.m. on the day before the tour will be subject to a cancellation fee.
100% of the tour fee will be charged.
And if you late the appointment by more than 15 minutes on the day of the event, we will consider it as a cancellation.
Please process that an online invoice will be sent to the e-mail address we ask for in advance to request cancellation fees. We’re a small dive shop, so please kindly understand.
We may provide your personal information to Public Health Center when Honu Honu Divers Staff or customers in the same period are infected by COVID-19. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
